Review and prepare for upcoming job task assignments.</li> <li>Provide detailed documentation on tasks performed.</li> <li>Follow appropriate escalation guidelines with supervision during customer engagements.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.</li> <li>Support the identification and resolution of technical issues.</li> <li>Participate in customer training sessions and workshops </li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements </H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span> Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on IT or engineering.</span></li> <li><span>Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of IP Networks. </span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in English and Arabic (C1-C2 level).</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.</span></li> <li><span>Commitment to customer-centric approaches and high performance. </span></li> </ul></div></div></div>
