About this role
Responsibilities:
You develop software for a significant commercial software project, collaborating as a member of a team proficient in Java development with the Spring Boot framework, Kafka and all major AWS serviced including maintaining data security and GoLang development.
As a Staff Engineer or Senior Staff Engineer, you stay informed about relevant technology trends like GenAI and integrating the systems with it.
You will also lead & guide a team of engineers in building critical systems and provide the support with in business SLAs.
Requirements:Knowledgeable and experienced with software and system patterns and their application in prior worksExperience gathering and assessing specifications and requirementsMentor and grow the engineers through technical guidance and coachingProviding required support to the customers as per SLAsKnowledgeable and experienced with software and system patterns and their application in prior worksYou will be reporting to a Senior Manager As a Staff Engineer, you should have work experience of 6-8 years.Experience with multiple technologies (Java, AWS and GoLang) and simultaneously working on multiple projects.Strong hands-on experience on current AWS cloud technology (Kubernetes, Fargate, EC2, S3, Aurora, Lambda, Glue, AWS Batch, Athena).You have a experience in writing SQLsDriving GenAI integration using Amazon Bedrock, or custom LLMs into the workflows and support automation is an added advantageExperience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes (CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline/Harness/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, CLI, BitBucket/Git).Familiarity of creating and using Docker/Kubernetes applicationsDriving GenAI integration using Amazon Bedrock, or custom LLMs into the workflows and support automation is an added advantageRequire minimum qualification of Graduation (Btech or anything equivalent) or Masters (MCA) Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
