About this role
What you will do:
Deliver toolbox development aligned with the defined roadmap, ensuring release of new features.Provide bug fixing and ongoing support to maintain reliability and user satisfaction.Improve toolbox functionality to meet evolving business and client needs.Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement ML pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model training.Help automate ML workflows and documenting processes for reproducibility and compliance.Follow internal security, governance, and operational standards.Maintain documentation for all processes and deployments.You will report into the Product Manager.
What you will bring:
2+ years of technical experience into the software development field.Advanced Degree or equivalent in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or other quantitative fieldsFluent English – written and spokenAbility to write production-level code in PythonKnowledge of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms and design patternsBack-end development skills, including work with REST APIsExperience with CI/CD process developmentComfortable with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and virtual environment technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)Flexible and adaptable to learn and understand new technologiesGood at spotting problems and quickly proposing solutionsAny of the following skills will be considered an advantage:
Knowledge and appreciation of Agile development methodologies and techniquesBasic knowledge of statistics and of measures used for evaluating performance of Machine Learning models, such as precision, recall, etc.Comfortable with front-end-focused frameworks (e.g. Angular, React) What you will get:
