About this role

We're hiring a Researcher on a 12-month FTC basis to join our Experian Consumer Services (ECS) division of global data group Experian. We're responsible for the direct-to-consumer credit business, helping consumers take control of their financial health and support their journey through life's big moments

You will help us to uncover how we can innovate and take Experian further, driving value for our customers. This is an new role working with multiple stakeholders across the consumer side of the business.

This is a hybrid role which will require coming into our London office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to uncover areas of growth opportunity for the business, tapping into currently unmet customer needsPlan and run qualitative and quantitative studiesIndependently define research goals and create research proposalsAnalyse qualitative and quantitative data to create actionable insights and recommendationsWork with our other researchers to connect insights and ideas across multiple teams and projectsSynthesise findings into clear, actionable insights that connect directly to product outcomes and our goalsCollaborate with product, design, marketing and other teams to integrate user research findings into our product development processHelp evolve our research practice, operations, tools, and ways of working across domainsRaise the profile of the team by identifying and sharing insights and success stories, and helping other areas to understand value and contribution Excellent user research experience gained ideally within the FinTech sectorProven knowledge quant research methodologies and practicesHands-on experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and techniquesExperience creating research plans and defining objectives and methodologiesExperience managing stakeholdersStrong planning and project management skills, adapting to changing priorities.
