What will you be doing?

Primarily writing high-quality, efficient code for full-stack applications using Java and modern frameworks.Taking end-to-end ownership of development—from design, coding, testing, and deployment.Building and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.Applying architectural principles and best practices to deliver robust solutions.Ensuring application performance through memory management and multi-threading techniques.Collaborating on DevOps processes and working in Linux/Unix environments.Managing client interactions for requirement clarifications and progress updates.Leading and mentoring a small team, while remaining hands-on with development.Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies (React/Angular).Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and microservices.Solid understanding of multi-threading, performance tuning, and memory management.Familiarity with Linux/Unix and CI/CD pipelines.Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Strong Oracle Sql, PL/SQL knowledgeExcellent communication and leadership skills.
