About this role
As a Technical Consultant in Implementation, you will report to Experian Health, serve as a hands-on technical expert and subject matter authority for implementing complex healthcare software solutions.
You will advise clients and internal stakeholders, leverage advanced technical knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Experian Health solutions. You will apply modern AI capabilities to provide impactful results, configure and implement Experian Health software solutions for clients.
You will focus on deploying Experian's software solutions for both front-end patient access and back-end revenue cycle management operations within healthcare organizations.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Be the expert for implementing Experian's complex software solutions across patient access and revenue cycle management workflows, providing deep technical insights and guidanceLead technical discussions for product integrations and solutions spanning multiple technical applicationsConsult with clients and internal partners, explaining complex solution methodologies and implementation results to both technical and non-technical audiencesPresent technical concepts to non-technical audiences, distilling details into clear, relevant business narrativesUse AI and generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to provide the latest healthcare solutions and support client adoption of Experian's advanced capabilitiesDocument and analyze client requirements, contributing to end-to-end implementation success with a client-first approachManage multiple high-profile, complex technical implementation projects concurrentlyCollaborate with project managers, product managers, software development managers, and implementation teams to ensure delivery of solutions to customersConduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for clients and internal cross-team partnersCreate comprehensive documentation for technical implementation operations and processesTrack technical project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all partners are informed and engaged, keeping projects on track to meet client KPIsAdvance goals related to implementation operations and recommend improvements based on performance data Up to 10% travel required3+ years' healthcare revenue cycle experienceTechnical background with experience building scalable, cloud-native software solutionsExperience managing complex and cross-team projects in healthcare IT or related fieldsExposure to automation centers of excellence and enterprise-scale AI programs3 years' experience in health software implementation consulting3+ years of revenue cycle experience in a hospital environmentTraining backgroundEpic and Cerner Oracle domain knowledgeExpertise in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft TeamFamiliarity with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) and enterprise-scale AI transformation programsKnowledge of analytical techniques, decision tools, statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
