Warehouse Staff Chilindo is looking to recruit more warehouse staff for our new facility in Bang Phli. As a part of the Warehouse team you will prepare all orders from our customers at our online bidding platform. The position consists of three different roles: inbound, picking and packing. Each employee will specialize in one of these but must be able to switch between the different roles. As a new employee you will be undergoing training from the current warehouse staff to get familiar with all aspects of the job. You will have the opportunity to learn a great variety of things and grow within the team if you show the right attitude. Responsibilities: ● Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling goods; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. ● Open bales, crates and other containers when new goods arrive at warehouse facility ● Maintain inventory by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through digital stock system. May also assist incounting of physical inventory. ● Coordinating with logistics company for shipment ● Various task as assigned by Warehouse Manager Requirements: ● High School diploma or equivalent is desired but not a direct requirement ● 1+ years previous warehouse experience preferred but not a must ● Good communication and organization skills ● Always on time and able to work with numbers ● Dependable and reliable ● Good physical condition as job requires to lift many objects ● Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and basic computer skills are considered a strong plus Salary level: Base salary is 10800 THB/Monthly + overtime. Average warehouse employee receives about 17000THB/monthly including bonus and overtime. After passing probation and if high level of commitment is shown salary will be increased and new tasks can be assigned to advance further inside the warehouse team.
