Accounting Manager Chillindo is looking to recruit an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the daily tasks within accounting and finance. You will be in charge of managing a team of accounting officers and assistants and delegate tasks among the staff. The right candidate has a proven track record of dealing with many aspects of accounting and a result-driven approach to the field. The Accounting Manager reports directly to the CEO. Location: Chilindo HQ in Bearing (close to BTS Sukhumvit line) Responsibilities: Lead, manage and monitor all accounting standard function and finance section such as; AP, AR, Cost Accounting, GL, Taxation, Banking, monthly closing, etc. Verifiy PND.3, 53, PP3 and Prepare PND.50, 51, 54, PP.36 Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts Create and implement management tools that effectively monitor the accounting processes Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports Generate various analysis and financial reports for the management Manage budgets for departments, projects and grants Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts Ensure timely completion of audit Maintain, update and monitor inventory records Contact with external auditor / Bank / Government Dept. Coaching and training accounting team Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree; in Accounting or Finance field 2+ years of experience in similar position and in close alignment with the listed responsibilities Result-driven attitude with the desire to get things done Good English communication skills Extrovert personality and ability to work with both thai and foreign staff Ability to work under high pressure Salary & Compensation: As per experience and skills Perks & benefits: 5 day-work week Social security (SSO) Opportunity to grow within the team Company parties Lots of fun!
