Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Teach and assess the subjects of History, Geography, Science and Language Arts. • Create weekly lesson plans in collaboration with the other teachers of the grade for all the subjects that are taught. • Give close and timely social and academic follow-up to each of the students of the group. • Establish and maintain clear and constant communication with the parents or guardians of every student of the class. • Perform active guard duties when assigned. • Create original digital materials to present the content of the subjects that are taught to the students. • Ensure and promote the physical and emotional well-being of every student in the classroom.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Skills:
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues • Ability to create a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment • Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills • Good organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools • Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team Qualifications:
• Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Language Teaching or similar. • Technological Skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools. Basic knowledge of the GSuite for Education. • Other knowledge: Safeguarding and child protection. • Languages: B2 or C1 English • Required Experience: 3 years as a full-time classroom teacher of kids. Experience:
• Previous experience teaching elementary-aged children (typically 1–3 years or more) • Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities • Familiarity with the curriculum and educational standards relevant to the school • Experience in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management ISP Principles
