Job Purpose Act as an HR Business Partner for the NDL Operations function, partnering closely with the HR Director, Plant Director, and managers to lead HR and GA functions at the Gunma plant and Okuni warehouse. Drive talent attraction and retention, ensure organizational stability, and support future plant transformation. Key Accountability 1. Work closely with the HR Director, Plant Director, managers, and other stakeholders to support the execution of APAC/NDL HR strategies. HR Director、Plant Director、Managerなどのステークホルダーと密接に連携し、APAC/NDLの人事戦略遂行をサポートする。 2. Lead and drive HR initiatives and projects at the Gunma plant and Okuni warehouse including HC management, performance management, training and talent management, employee engagement, and employee communication. 群馬工場および大国倉庫における人事関連イニシアチブとプロジェクト(人員管理、パフォーマンスマネジメントプロセス、トレーニング&タレントマネジメント、従業員エンゲージメント活動、従業員コミュニケーションなど)の企画・推進をリードする。 3. Collaborate effectively with the Tachikawa HR team to ensure stable daily HR and GA operations and promote continuous improvement. 立川HRと効果的に連携し、HRおよびGA関連の日常オペレーションの安定運用と継続的改善を推進する。 4. Understand hiring needs at the Gunma plant and Okuni warehouse, select and expand appropriate recruitment channels, and work with the APAC Talent Acquisition team to fill open positions in a timely manner. 群馬工場および大国倉庫の採用部門のニーズを理解し、適切な採用チャネルを選択・拡大し、APAC T&Aチームと協力して採用プロセスを進めることにより、募集ポジションをタイムリーに充足する 5. Manage daily labor and employee relations matters, working closely with the Plant Director, managers, and labor union representatives to resolve issues and maintain positive labor relations. 日々の労務管理、従業員の問題・課題に対して、Plant Director、Managerまた労働組合担当者と連携し、課題解決および良好な労使関係の維持・構築を担う。 6. Lead initiatives to improve employee benefits and reduce OPEX for the Gunma plant and Okuni warehouse, contributing to efficient plant operations. 群馬工場、大国倉庫従業員の福利厚生向上とOPEXの削減を図るための施策提案と実行をリードし、工場運営の効率化に貢献する。 7. Manage and develop team members to enhance the performance of HR and GA functions in Gunma. 部下の管理・育成を通じ、群馬のHRおよびGA機能のパフォーマンス向上を図る 8. Promote EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) activities in collaboration with the Operations team and EHS specialists, including coordination of EHS committees, safety patrols, and occupational health programs. 工場のEHS活動(例:EHS委員会の調整/安全パトロール/産業医による健康相談)をOperationsチームおよびEHSスペシャリストと連携し、推進する。 9. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Director, based on business needs. 業務上の必要性に応じて、HR Directorから指示されるその他の業務または関連する業務/プロジェクトを遂行する

Technical Competence & Skills: 1. Business level English (ability to communicate with overseas visitors and handle emails) ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外来訪者の対応・メール対応が可能なレベル) 2. Relevant Experience: 1. Experience as a team lead or project lead (any size) *Formal management experience is not required if you have led a team チームリードまたはプロジェクトリードの経験(規模不問) ※正式な管理職でなくても、チームをまとめた経験があれば可 2. Experience in driving business improvement, process improvement, or transformation initiatives 業務改善、プロセス改善、または変革プロジェクトの推進経験 3. Experience in HR, general affairs, or corporate functions is a plus 人事、総務、または管理部門での業務経験(尚可) 4. Experience in employee relations or labor-related matters is a plus 労務対応または従業員対応の経験(尚可)
