Roles and responsibilities:

Support the development and delivery of employee training, onboarding, and internal learning programs Help communicate new processes, policies, and guidelines in a clear and easy-to-understand manner Partner with leaders and teams to plan and roll out learning initiatives across the organization Track training participation, completion, and follow-up actions to ensure accountability Assist in maintaining and organizing learning materials so they are accessible and practical for day-to-day use Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve training content and delivery Provide ongoing support to ensure understanding and adherence to established processes and policiesRequirements
