Primary Responsibilities
Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes. Facilitate training based on the approved outline/curriculum for the account. Evaluate the trainee's speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments. Provides post-training support. Document processes through recorded sessions. Material development creating: Process Guide, Process Maps, Training Outline, Calibration Logs, and Knowledge Requirements
Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work independently Willing to work in a Nightshift Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, Mandaluyong
