About this role
Position Description Responsible for the development of business relationships and maximising revenues and servicing clients on daily basis; promote and market CLSA products.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Generate revenue
• Pitch stock ideas, industry trends and research analysis to investors
• Promote analysts; increase their connectivity with clients via phone calls and meetings
• Manage specialist sales and analysts in coverage and service of regional accounts as account manager
• Raise and maintain revenue and rankings with regional long-only and hedge fund accounts
• Facilitate distribution of CITICS products internally and externally
• Promote events, conferences and visits to the Philippines (foreign investors); push for payback of such events
• Organize and lead investor field trips for both domestic & foreign accounts
• Champion CLSA in external broker polls
• Serve as deal captain on various fund raisings, work closely with syndicate and ECM
Requirements
• Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance or related discipline(s)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking sector or financial industry, with focus in regional sales
• Able to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
• Good team player and passionate about the Finance industry
• Strong interpersonal, people management and negotiations skills
• Good communication in written and spoken English
