Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage guest seating and ensure that they are comfortable at their tables. Handle reservations efficiently and maintain an organized booking system. Assist with answering customer inquiries and providing relevant information. Collaborate with the service staff to ensure seamless service. Promote and upsell menu items and special offers. Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining area. Address any guest concerns or feedback in a professional manner. Requirements
Having good food and beverage product knowledge. Minimum 1 year experiences within the food and beverage industry.Good communication skill; ability to convey message / information to people at all levels both verbally and in writingEnglish proficiency - excellent command of spoken and written will be advantageComputer literateHaving good inter-personal skill with people at all levels within the company.Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field is desirable.Benefits
