About the Role: We're seeking a creative and autonomous Social Media Content Creator to drive content strategy across our pharmacy businesses. This role requires someone who can take ownership of our social media presence with minimal oversight while maintaining high-quality, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Create diverse social media content including static images, flyers, short-form videos, and promotional materialsDevelop and execute content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and FacebookLeverage AI tools and automation to maximize content creation efficiencyManage content distribution: 75-80% for main pharmacy business, 10-15% for secondary businessWork independently with high autonomy after receiving initial directionRequirements
Requirements:
Proven experience creating social media content across multiple platformsStrong proficiency with AI content creation tools and automation softwarePortfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging visual and video contentSelf-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to own initiativesAvailability to work in Thuy's time zone (Latin America-based candidates preferred)Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week
