We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead our efforts to find top-tier professionals for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital/marketing agencies. You should have extensive experience in recruiting for senior roles, mostly through headhunting

Our clients are US-based digital agencies, marketing firms, and eCommerce companies seeking talent such as video editors, media buyers, and creative strategists.
ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit senior talent (mainly for eCommerce and marketing roles) based in SEA and EUBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with curated recommendationsCollaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand standards, and specific project requirementsManage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partnersContinuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experienceRequirements
Experience working in or recruiting for digital agencies, marketing agencies, or engineering rolesStrong headhunting experience is a mustEcom experience is a plusFamiliarity with the SEA talent market is a plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsBenefits
