Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT projects from planning through execution and delivery Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and discussions Coordinate cross-functional teams and organize workloads, timelines, and priorities Apply project management methodologies to track progress, risks, and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular project status updates Support process improvements and operational best practices within the IT teamRequirements
Proven experience in IT project/operations management in the BPO industryGood working experience with U.S.-based clients or stakeholdersStrong understanding of project management and operational management principles Familiarity with basic IT terminology and concepts Excellent organizational and people management skillsProven ability to organize, motivate, and manage teamsWilling to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
