We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our Paid Acquisition team.
You’ll strategise, execute, and optimise global campaigns, and play an important role in leveraging cutting-edge technology and data science models to aid sophisticated optimisation efforts and proper budget allocation.

In this role, you’llManage and optimise global campaigns with a large budget, end-to-end
Monitor campaign performance, conduct regular data analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement
Own measurement and reporting for your campaigns
Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and emerging technologies in order to identify and leverage growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Creative and Analytics, to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing efforts
What you’ll need3+ years of experience in PPC, managing global, large-scale B2C campaigns with a focus on social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and handling budgets of $500K+/month
Deep knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem; 1+ year of hands-on experience with large-scale Google Search campaigns is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance.
Proven track record of delivering consistent results
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
