Veterinary hospital experience is REQUIRED. If you haven't worked in a veterinary practice before, this isn't the right fit—but we'd love to hear from you for future opportunities! What You'll Do: 🐶 Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team 🐱 Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets 📞 Manage appointments, phones, and client communications like a pro 💻 Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence 🤝 Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly ✨ Help create a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace
We're Looking For Someone Who: ✔️ Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (required) ✔️ Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) ✔️ Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile ✔️ Loves people just as much as pets ✔️ Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented ✔️ Brings positivity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor
