Role Summary:
• A B2B Enterprise executive is responsible for managing end-to-end B2B operations including order processing and fulfilment, stock availability and customer services.
• A CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries and ensuring effective communication with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Roles and Responsibility:
• Handling Inbound/Outbound customer calls, resolving complaints, and answering service queries.
• Track customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Bridge the gap between company and West Bengal, Jharkhand, Northeast, Odisha & Bihar customers(DP) by focusing on building loyalty and resolving issues. Improve customer engagement and retention strategies
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Transportation/Planning team and resolve customer/sales queries
• Experience in processing orders for variety of products in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain B2B enterprise minimum stock level at Kolkata DC and Patna DCs in coordination with planning team
• Monitor end-to-end B2B enterprise orders fulfilment to ensure accuracy and timely completeness
• Monitor OTIF and drive for improvement
• Timely resolution of customer complaints and discrepancies
Requirements:
• 6-10 experience in supply chain management.
• Any Graduate as educational qualification, MBA is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations
• Good knowledge of MS excels and SAP system
• Strong verbal communication skills
