<h1>KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER</h1> <p><strong>Italy - Field based - Centre/Northwest</strong></p> <p> </p> <h2>Main Role</h2> <p> </p> <p>The Key Account Manager should foster long-term relationships and drive growth with key clients. Therefore, it has to increase the prescription of the company's pharmaceutical products through effective promotion and education to healthcare professionals.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.</li> <li>Present and discuss scientific and clinical information about the products to influence prescription decisions.</li> <li>Organize and conduct educational presentations and workshops.</li> <li>Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.</li> <li>Achieve established sales objectives and contribute to business growth</li> <li>Develop and execute effective action plans.</li> <li>Understanding of sales’ data and adapting strategies accordingly.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Organization chart & Job Relationships</h2> <p> </p> <p>Line Manager: Sales & Marketing Manager</p> <p>Direct Reports: none</p> <p>Internal job relationships: Global Functions</p> <p>External job relationships: customers, suppliers/vendors, industry partners</p> <p> </p> <h2>Skills & Experience</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in Clinical Sciences: Basic knowledge of clinical sciences that provides a better understanding of medical terminology, treatment modalities, and disease processes.</li> <li>Senior sicentific profile in pain/oncology to establish a high-profile presence whithin the industry.</li> <li>Networks/ relationships already created to speed up sales.</li> <li>Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills.</li> <li>Italian native or proficient.</li> <li>English fluent, other languages will be a plus.</li> <li>More than 5 years experience in as a KAM in pain/oncology.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
