At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your new role:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Drive the TEOA Business System and guide the organization towards achieving Benckmark and Excellence in all areas</li> <li>Support the Lighthouse sites with their 18 months engagement roadmap journey to deploy TEOA</li> <li>Run Kaizen events and large VSM workshops on site cross functional and cross regional</li> <li>Bring a seasoned outside-in view and regularly assess the management system</li> <li>Develop a Processes & Excellence framework to bring more sites on Light House Initiatives /Journey</li> <li>Ensure thorough stakeholder management by regularly interacting with Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Finance, PM and other pertinent functions</li> <li>Lead and Support Value Drivers and Enablers as defined at ACL Sector level</li> <li>Map out, align and document end-to-end processes for quotations, order fulfilment, customer issue resolution, and other commercial tasks</li> <li>Support Hoshin X Matrix priorities, Coach and Mentor </li> <li>Establish tiered training structures to deploy processes and ensure adherence, global level</li> <li>Develop process improvement ideas as well as automation/digitalization concepts, socialize and pressure-test the improvements and drive them to success.</li> <li>Lead the implementation of service level differentiation in commercial functions; develop concepts for value-adding services for global and key customers</li> <li>Work with P&L-owning subvertical (business segments) on process and interface improvements especially with regards to revenue maximization and inventory optimization</li> <li>Take on comprehensive projects and drive them with a high degree of latitude, ensure proper goalsetting and timelines as well as change Management</li> <li>Build an Army of problem solvers and Kaizen Facilitators and instill Kaizen culture</li> <li>Drive continuous upskilling of the Processes & Excellence team, emphasize talent development, assess talents from line functions for potential career paths into TEOA and program management roles</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your ideal background:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Master’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or another related field.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, PMO, functional leadership, or Business Transformation.</li> <li>Strong hands-on approach paired with the ability to formalize and sustain achievements</li> <li>Experience defining and scaling PMO process excellence programs, tools and initiatives.</li> <li>Experience in executing lean / business excellence transformation at scale in an Industrial environment and track-record of delivering tangible results</li> <li>Business excellence and Lean Expert process and methodologies</li> <li>Continuous Improvement Certified (i.e., Lean Expert or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)</li> <li>Previous Experience in Continuous Improvement, Program and Project Management, or similar</li> <li>Proven experience in a large, matrixed, global organization, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and deliver results</li> <li>Continuous Improvement mindset and prior experience implementing best practices.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and programs and meet scope, schedule, and objectives.</li> <li>Experience in managing teams, Stakeholders as well as senior subject matter experts.</li> </ul> <p>#jobsEMEAAD #LI-Remote</p> <p><strong> </strong></p></div></div></div>
