About the Role
You'll support the delivery of software implementation projects for our customers, working alongside senior PMs to keep projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and nothing falling through the cracks. This is a great fit if you're organized, a clear communicator, and want to build a career in SaaS delivery or operations.
What You'll Do
Own project tracking across active implementations, including timelines, task lists, and status updates Run internal and customer-facing meetings, take notes, and make sure action items actually get closed out Coordinate across teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support) to remove blockers and surface risks early Maintain project documentation in tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion Help customers stay on schedule during onboarding by proactively flagging delays and next steps Support senior PMs on larger, more complex accounts as you ramp up
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in a professional setting (internships count) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — things don't slip past you Clear written and verbal communication; you can explain a complex situation simply Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift Familiarity with project management tools is a plus, not a requirement Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
