Old Buckenham Primary School is a much-loved one-form entry rural community school in the heart of Norfolk. We serve children from Reception through to Year 6, focusing on nurturing the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, physically, creatively, and morally. THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. As a HLTA Pastoral, you will support pupils, families and safeguarding processes while working closely with the Head of School (Inclusion Leader). The role includes occasional whole-class teaching.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide pastoral and behavioural support across the school Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Work with families to improve attendance and wellbeing Deliver targeted pastoral interventions Provide emotional regulation support for pupils Teach whole classes when required Why Join Us?
