Main duties of the job

Bank Admin

Various roles available, hourly rates of Band 2 £14.48, Band 3 £15.74, Band 4 £16.27

We are looking for Receptionists, General Administrators, PAs, Audio Typists, Secretaries and Medical Secretaries to work at various sites across Lancashire & South Cumbria.

As a Bank Admin worker, you will be enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible to support continuous delivery of our services to our service users.

We offer full and part time roles to cover temporary vacancies and short-term staffing shortages. Our temporary roles will give you lots of variety in different environments, both clinical and non-clinical.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Minimum 3 GCSE's at grade C or above or equivalent qualifications

Desirable

Business Admin NVQ Level 2 or above

Expierence Essential

Previous Admin and Clerical Experience Experience working with confidential and sensitive information

Knowledge Essential

Excellent IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office packages Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
