Job summary
At InHealth, were continuing to grow and are looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our Endoscopy team at our static site in Witney.
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality endoscopy services, working within a patient-centred model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of every individual.
Main duties of the job
Welcoming patients in a professional and caring manner, acting as a patient advocate at all timesSupporting patient care in line with care plans, under the guidance of the senior clinical teamCleaning, monitoring, and preparing equipment, reporting any issues promptlyRecording and communicating relevant patient information and observationsMaintaining clear, effective communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team
