Main duties of the job
Run virtual and face-to-face nurse-led clinics, assessing patient risk and referring high-risk individuals for Low-Dose CT.Deliver high-quality respiratory assessments and offer smoking cessation support as part of the screening pathway.Provide effective health promotion and tailored patient education.Recognise and escalate safeguarding concerns, red-flag symptoms, or emergencies.Maintain required accreditations (IRMER on induction; ARTP for spirometry where needed).

Nurse Lung Cancer Screening Programme
36 hours per week | 8am8pm | 3 shifts per week (weekend flexibility required)
Location:Harlow, Epping, Loughton, North East London, Saffron Walden
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + £4,200 car allowance or company car
Make a Difference in Early Cancer Detection
Join our Lung Cancer Screening team and help deliver a high-quality, lifesaving service across mobile locations. You'll work as part of a 7day service, including bank holidays, and follow a standard 12hour shift pattern while supporting early diagnosis of lung cancer and other respiratory conditions.
What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality respiratory assessments and offer smoking cessation support as part of the screening pathway. Provide effective health promotion and tailored patient education. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident using a range of IT systems and software. Commitment to ongoing professional development and further training. Full, clean UK driving licence with willingness to work across mobile sites.
