Main duties of the job The Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Operose Health in Nottingham, with the job based specifically at The Practice St Albans, plays a pivotal role in delivering excellent primary care services. This permanent position offers a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care for patients, including clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. Demonstrating safe clinical decision-making and expert care is crucial, as is working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support the delivery of policy and procedures. Ideal candidates should have experience in a primary care setting, be an NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice credentials, and hold a minor injury and illness qualification. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
Experience in a Primary Care setting. NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber. Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered. Qualifications Essential
NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice credentials, experience in a primary care setting, minor injury and illness qualification. Preferred candidates have a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
