Job summary Make a real difference. Deliver medicines that save lives.We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Pharmacy Support Worker to join our dynamic Medicines Distribution Centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes of frontline care, ensuring ambulance crews and clinicians have the medicines they need, exactly when they need them. Every medicine pouch you prepare, every delivery you make and every quality check you complete directly supports patient care across our services. You'll be part of a team committed to safety, quality and innovation, helping deliver life-saving treatment across the Trust.

Main duties of the job What you'll be doing This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will:

Receive and manage medicines stock Prepare and pack medicines into pouches for frontline teams Carry out quality assurance and maintain accurate records Support stock control, audits, and resolving discrepancies Deliver medicines to stations and rotate stock Assist with implementing improvements to processes and systems Support medicines governance and compliance with regulations Work closely with pharmacy technicians, paramedics, and wider teams You'll rotate across key functions in the Medicines Distribution Centre, developing a broad and valuable skillset.

Driving Essential

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Education Essential

GCSE Grade C or above in both Maths and English Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable

Experience in medicines packing or stock control Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Pharmacy or healthcare experience (e.g. NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services
