Main duties of the job

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its Bank Admin and Clerical workforce for future opportunities.

Please note that joining the bank does not guarantee an immediate placement, however successful applicants will be considered for suitable roles as they arise across our services and locations.

Bank assignments are typically longer-term placements rather than ad-hoc shifts, with durations usually ranging from one month to up to one year, depending on service needs.

This role is working within i-access, a successful, countywide drug and alcohol treatment service for Surrey residents delivering tier 2, 3 and 4 substance misuse interventions across 3 main bases and 25 satellite locations. i-access is run collaboratively by SABP, PH / SCC and Via under a cooperative agreement which is one of partnership and transparency and contributes to Surrey Heartlands wider strategic ambitions.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

GCSE Level C in English or Functional Skills at Level 2 or Equivalent qualification NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent experience (3 years) NVQ Level 4 in Business Admin or equivalent experience (4 years)

Desirable

NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin

Experience Essential

Experience in using Microsoft Office Minimum of 1 years working in an administrative role 4 years' experience of clerical and administrative work requiring a high degree of accuracy and working in accordance with policies/procedures
