Main duties of the job The Senior Care Assistant - Bank position at Akari Care in Gateshead is a temporary role with a competitive salary ranging from £14.05 to £15.09 per hour. As an aspiring or experienced Senior Care Assistant, you will work collaboratively with care assistants to ensure high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities include observing and finalising care plans, suggesting social activities, and supporting the training of junior and new staff. Candidates should possess a caring nature, good communication skills, adaptability to change, and a respectful attitude towards others.
