An exciting Opportunity has arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join Forensic Administration Service at The Humber Centre as a Senior Administrator.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous clerical experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibility and is able to organise and prioritise their workload.
Good communication skills are essential and we are looking for an individual with a passion to work in a team delivering key interventions to working aged adults.The Successful Candidate will work as part of the Forensic Administration Service supporting the Primary Care Service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as an essential member of the forensic services admin team and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive and high-quality service.
To provide administrative support to the Forensic Service, Consultants and Junior medical staff and support services teams within standard administrative procedures and contribute to the planning and development of the service. Provide admin support in preparation for the Consultants clinical commitments. Co-ordinate the work of clinicians. Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures. To induct and mentor/supervise less experienced staff, overseeing and delegating tasks as required.
