Demonstrable experience of working within a respite service, ideally within the Learning Disability sector. Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience as a Registered Manager, experience within a Learning Disability sector, strong understanding of CQC requirements, proven leadership and management experience, excellent communication and decision-making skills, flexible working hours, and Right to work in the UK.
