There will be a supervisory responsibility for a Band 5 physiotherapist and students, providing appraisals, teaching and clinical support with managing demanding caseloads. You will also have roles linked to the Band 7 line managers that will facilitate your managerial and leadership qualities. We have an excellent in-service training program. The therapies team has strong Band 8 strategic and clinical leadership, who support the MSK physiotherapy team to deliver the best possible patient care.
You will also be expected to work 1 weekend in 5 as part of our MSK/Orthopaedic weekend working service but not respiratory on call.
