Main duties of the job This role is for a Home Care Assistant with Agincare UK in Ipswich. Candidates must be female due to the Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, as the job involves personal care for women. The position is permanent with a salary of £12.75 per hour. The primary responsibilities include supporting individuals with daily routines, household tasks, personal care, shopping, meal preparation, companionship, and medication assistance. No previous care experience is required, but candidates should have a warm and compassionate nature with good people skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Applicants must be willing to work alternating weekends and should have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
