Youll bring energy, structure, and paceensuring quality activity is risk-based, proportionate, and aligned to organisational priorities. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring regular travel across services. Your key responsibilities include quality leadership and delivery, governance and compliance, regulatory support, and quality intelligence and improvement. You need to have strong regulatory knowledge, experience in a senior quality role, excellent communication skills, and resilience. Desirable qualifications include professional registration and a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

You will have:

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations across multiple service types Experience in a senior quality, governance or regulatory role Background across services, especially Learning Disabilities and Supported Living Strong understanding of quality assurance and governance systems Excellent communication and report-writing skills Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure A values-driven, supportive approach with the ability to challenge constructivelyDesirable:

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

You will have strong knowledge of CQC regulations across multiple service types, experience in a senior quality, governance or regulatory role, and a background across services, especially Learning Disabilities and Supported Living.
