Responsibilities:
Handle calls related to payroll concerns through inbound/outbound calls. Sends email/respond to intercom related to payroll concerns Do outbound calls to facilities and nurses if needed. Meet or exceed individual and team targets.Requirements
At least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice AccountPayroll experience is a PLUS, not required.Excellent verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shift
