We are building a pipeline of qualified Care Coordinators to be considered for remote, US-based healthcare and ABA therapy opportunities as they become available through our clients. When a suitable role opens, we will reach out directly to candidates whose experience most closely matches the requirements.

WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR IN CARE COORDINATORSMinimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or client supportStrong written and verbal English communication skills - Must be comfortable communication with US-based teams via Teams, email and telecomHigh emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations professionallyStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working US business hours (EST alignment)Experience supporting US-based clients is advantageousFamiliarity with systems such as CentralReach, ClickUp, Intermedia, EHR platforms, or similar tools is a plusUnderstanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards is beneficial
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTSAll roles are fully remote. Candidates must have:
Fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload & download) – Wi-Fi only will not be sufficientReliable backup power to manage loadshedding (UPS, Inverter, Generator, Solar, etc.)A dedicated, professional home workspacePlease note: Applicants without fibre internet and backup power cannot be considered.
