We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to contribute to the delivery of a trailblazing Talking Therapies service within our referrals/administration team.

Main duties of the job

The team is a dedicated administrative support team to enable the efficient and effective function of the Talking Therapies service.

This role will provide general day to day administrative support for various key functions in the service. Previous experience working in a busy office and the ability to multitask are essential criteria together with the ability to work well under pressure and to work unsupervised using your initiative.

Person Specification

Education / Qualifications and Relevant Experience Essential

Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of experience Good basic education, demonstrating high levels of literacy and numeracy Administration experience within a busy office environment Experience in setting up and maintaining admin databases and filing systems

Desirable

Previous NHS experience

Skills and Aptitude Essential

Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical approach to problem solving Strong interpersonal skills including influencing and persuasion skills Good keyboard skills with high levels of accuracy for data entry

Knowledge and abilities Essential

Ability to interpret and summarise information, producing reports Demonstrable ability to use a range of software packages and the internet Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
