Job summary
We are seeking an organised and proactive Strategy and Planning Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Strategy and Planning team. The role supports the development of Trust business plans and helping to ensure information is accurate, timely and well-managed. You will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, support reporting and assist with tracking actions and priorities across a range of strategic activities.

Main duties of the job
To provide high quality, service focused and effective administration in the Strategy and Planning team, the post holder will report to the Planning Specialists and will undertake key administration tasks that support the co-ordination and delivery of Strategy and Planning operations across Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The Administrator will be responsible for the administration required to enable the smooth operation and effectiveness of the strategy and planning function. The role will be the first point of contact for routine enquiries to the Strategy and Planning Team.

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications Essential
Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of experience Good basic education, demonstrating high levels of literacy and numeracy
Experience Essential
Administration experience working alongside multiple teams and stakeholders
Desirable
Previous NHS or Public Sector experience
Knowledge and abilities Essential
Ability to interpret and summarise information, producing reports Demonstrable ability to work well in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Skills and Aptitude Essential
