Care Fertility is seeking an exceptional Clinic Director to lead our Woking clinic.
This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for clinic performance, including operational, financial, and clinical outcomes. You will shape patient experience, lead a multidisciplinary team, and deliver strategic priorities at a local level within a collaborative, values-driven organisation.
Main duties of the job
As Clinic Director, you will:
Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient careHold accountability for clinic performance, including P&L, budgets, and KPIsDrive operational efficiency, workforce planning, and resource managementLead, coach and develop the clinic leadership team and wider workforceChampion patient experience, using feedback and data to drive improvementsDevelop and strengthen referral pathways across NHS, private, and insured channelsIdentify and deliver business growth and commercial opportunitiesEnsure compliance with HFEA, CQC, and all governance and safety standardsPromote a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and organisational values

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall performance and success of the Woking clinic.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will also drive commercial growth through effective management of referral pathways and business development opportunities.
The role includes responsibility for financial performance, workforce planning, service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring the clinic operates to the highest clinical and operational standards.
