We are looking for an outstanding Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Aspen House.
Cygnet Aspen House is a 20 bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for women who have severe and enduring mental illness.
The service has been designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment that promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.
Your Day-to-Day
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residentsProvide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate wayAssist with medical & welfare needs and report as requiredSafeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
