Cygnet Healthcare is looking for experienced Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Morgan House.
Youll be working42 hours a week(days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, includingalternative weekends),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Morgan House.
Morgan House is a 5 bed, independent living residential home. A support home that offers a safe and comfortable environment that helps residents to meet personal goals and to fulfil their lives.

Driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples livesExperienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilitiesAn excellent communicator and a good team playerCaring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environmentPassionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
Your day-to-day
Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our careProvide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate wayAssist with medical & welfare needsReport on medical & welfare needs as requiredSafeguard all patientsMaintain a s afe, clean environment for all
