Main duties of the job As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Operose Health's Southglade Medical Practice, you will have the opportunity to enhance patient care and experiences within the primary care setting. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional services by providing direct patient care, from initial history taking and clinical assessment to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You will be expected to demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and possess expertise in assessment and diagnosis for patients in general practice. Collaboration with the general practice team is crucial to meet patient needs, support policy delivery, and provide nurse leadership. You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. Experience in a Primary Care setting. NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber. Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered. Qualifications Essential
Experience in a Primary Care setting. NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber. Minor injury and illness qualification essential. Preferred level 7 (MSc) Practitioner status, though accreditation or MSc course to ACP status considered.
