Essential qualifications include being a registered healthcare professional with a Masterslevel qualification and having independent prescribing credentials. You'll be expected to have significant autonomous practice experience in primary care, strong experience in longterm conditions and womens health, and clinical leadership experience. Excellent communication skills are also required.
