Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare, you will be part of a team providing person-centred care to residents at Norton Lees care home in Sheffield. You'll offer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care according to residents' preferences and actively promote their right to choice and independence. Your role will include participating in trips, social engagements, and activities, contributing to care reviews to ensure resident plans reflect their needs, safely administering medication, and providing leadership by supporting new or existing staff.
