Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant at Agincare UK, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting them to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes. This fulfilling role involves assisting with personal care, everyday tasks, and providing comfort and reassurance to clients. Agincare offers fully funded professional training and qualifications, flexible contracts, competitive pay of up to £14.00 per hour, and additional benefits such as paid mileage and referral bonuses. While a full UK driving licence is preferred, it's not essential. The role requires alternate weekend work, and although non-UK nationals are welcome, they must have at least 12 months left on their visa, as Agincare currently cannot offer sponsorship.
