Responsibilities Welcome guests to the venue Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name Greet customers upon their departure Maintain a clean reception area Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort Eloquent in English communication Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Availability to work in shifts as needed Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
