About this role
• Experience in handling processes such as Subrogation, Arbitration, claim intake, setup, assignment, processing support, etc. • Ability to analyze available documents to determine if there is evidence to pursue recovery from the third party • Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation • Provide detailed updates on claim status through emails & letters • Submit files to Arbitration if required based on damage analysis • Coordinate and document regular updates for cases with outside collection agencies and attorneys when necessary • Critical thinker, detail oriented, problem solver • Ability to understand and analyze available documents & emails • Clear and effective documentation skills • Proficient in computer navigation skills and typing
• Work through the subrogation lifecycle by preparing the claim with all required documents and proofs • Maintain regular communication with Insured, Copart, Claim adjuster and other involved parties.
