About this role
We are looking for a Databricks CoE Lead with a strong Data Engineering and Platform Architecture background to establish, scale, and lead EXL’s Databricks Lakehouse Centre of Excellence. This role goes beyond solutioning—it involves defining enterprise-wide standards, building reusable accelerators, driving AI-enabled delivery (including GenAI/agentic use cases), and shaping customer-centric lakehouse strategies. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth in Databricks + Spark ecosystem with leadership capability in building high-performing teams and delivery frameworks.
